How To Become Reseller
To become a reseller, please follow these steps:
- Fill Out the Form: Complete the form available below on our website, or you can fill it out via email and send it to us at [email protected]. The form requires the following details:
STORE/BUSINESS INFORMATION:
- Store Name
- Store Address (physical location, not online)
- Online Store Address
- Phone Number
- WhatsApp Number
- Owner’s Name
- Initial Product Purchase: Make an initial purchase of at least 100 pieces, with a maximum of 5 items/models (20 pieces per item/model).
- Subsequent Purchases: After the initial purchase, the minimum order is 20 pieces, which can be of a single item/model.
- Pricing Policy: We do not offer percentage discounts or price reductions, but instead, provide a special net price for resellers. Resellers have the right to set their own selling prices, provided they remain within reasonable limits.
- Inactive Reseller Policy: We reserve the right to deactivate a reseller’s status if there are no product purchases (transactions) for a full month. If a reseller wishes to return after this period, they must follow the initial terms to become a reseller again.
- Return Policy: Products purchased by resellers can be returned if damaged. (Please read the return policy for more details.)

We thoroughly inspect all products before shipment, accompanied by video and photo documentation. However, we acknowledge the possibility of factory defects (items with manufacturing flaws) or shipping defects (items damaged during transit), even though these occurrences are rare. If such issues arise, here are the solutions we offer:
- Claim Requirements: All return claims must be accompanied by documentation (video & photo) taken at the time of receiving the goods.
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within one week from the date the items arrive at the reseller’s location.
- Exchange Policy: If the reseller wants to exchange an item (for the same item and code), we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. However, the return shipping cost of the defective item is not covered.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that are part of the reseller’s old stock or have already been sold to customers cannot be returned for any reason.
